About the Edge Tennis Academy

A bit of history on the Edge Tennis Academy — The academy was established in 2009 and is situated in the scenic town of Stellenbosch in the Western Cape, based at the prestigious all girls high school, Bloemhof. Hoër Meisieskool Bloemhof has a long and distinguished tennis history, having won more schools titles than any other school in the country and through its association with the Edge Tennis Academy, striving to continue its support to and accolades in the sport.

In 2018 Edge Tennis Academy established another branch and this time in Fish Hoek, Cape Town. Edge Tennis Fish Hoek is based at Fish Hoek Tennis Club where we work with players of all levels of play. In collaboration with all the primary and high schools in the area, we offer private and group lessons six days a week.

Many adults in the valley also make use of our services to either learn to play the game or just touch up on technique every now and then.

We pride ourselves for being able to apply the tried and tested Edge coaching model with players both young and old, creating better results and support them to achieve their individual goals.
